Director of Organizational Development | Co-Owner

Anna Ovdienko is the Director of Organizational Development and co-owner of Summit Estate Recovery Centers, where she provides leadership across operations, human resources, program development, and quality control. She brings over 15 years of experience in administrative leadership and human and organizational development, with a focus on thoughtful work design, team effectiveness, and creating structured environments where both clients and staff can thrive.

Her professional foundation includes a background in business administration and finance, with early experience in real estate, shaping her practical and sustainable approach to developing programs and systems. She also brings extensive experience in training and program design, including work with corporate teams using personality assessments to strengthen leadership, communication, and performance.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Doctorate in Organizational Development (PsyD, non-clinical) from the California School of Professional Psychology. Through her work with Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, she provided crisis intervention services through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, supporting individuals during suicide, emotional crisis, and national disaster response situations. During this time, she worked alongside members of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Homicide-Suicide Response Team, participating in shared training environments and applying ASSIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) principles to support individuals in crisis while helping first responders build practical intervention skills for field application. She has also contributed to UCLA Brain Mapping research projects examining brain changes associated with trauma and individual lived experience.

Anna is deeply passionate about serving individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges because she believes that with the right structure, support, and understanding, people can rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. She is especially committed to serving Veterans and First Responders and works to ensure that care is compassionate, consistent, and of the highest quality.
