Family therapy helps rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and address relational challenges that impact recovery. Sessions focus on understanding family dynamics, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering a supportive home environment. In addition to individualized family therapy sessions, Fortitude Recovery offers a dedicated Family Group twice weekly, available both in person and via telehealth. Family Group provides education, support, and connection for loved ones navigating the recovery process alongside their family member.
Couples therapy provides a safe space for partners to improve communication, rebuild emotional connection, and work through challenges related to trauma or substance use. This approach helps strengthen the relationship while supporting each partner’s individual recovery goals.
Group therapy offers connection, accountability, and shared understanding within a supportive peer environment. Sessions may include process groups, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, or trauma-focused work that encourages healing through community.
Individual therapy provides focused, one-on-one support for exploring trauma, addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Each session is tailored to the client’s personal goals, promoting emotional growth, insight, and long-term recovery.
IMR teaches clients practical strategies for managing co-occurring mental health conditions and substance use disorders. This structured, skills-based approach enhances stability, builds confidence, and empowers clients to maintain recovery while pursuing meaningful life goals.
