Somatic and Experiential Therapies

SE helps clients release trauma stored in the body by focusing on physical sensations and nervous system regulation. Through guided awareness and gradual processing, clients learn to calm physiological responses to stress, restore a sense of safety, and strengthen mind-body connection.

Psychodrama uses action-based techniques that allow clients to explore emotions, relationships, and past experiences through guided reenactment. This dynamic approach promotes insight, emotional release, and empowerment while helping clients process unresolved trauma in a supportive therapeutic setting.

This experiential therapy incorporates interaction with horses to support emotional growth, trust, and connection. Working with horses helps clients develop patience, self-awareness, and communication skills while reducing anxiety and building confidence.

Outdoor and experiential activities provide opportunities for healing through connection, teamwork, and movement. These experiences help clients build resilience, practice coping skills, and rediscover purpose and joy in recovery.
