Program Manager

Originally from Los Angeles, I bring over 13 years of experience in the field of addiction recovery to my role as Program Manager at Summit Estate. With a deep commitment to supporting all individuals through one of the most vulnerable phases of their recovery journey, I oversee the daily operations of our residential drug and alcohol detox programs.

Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to creating compassionate, structured, and client-centered environments where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. My extensive background includes working with diverse populations and working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care. At Summit, I am passionate about the mission and culture of the organization, and take pride in being part of a team that genuinely prioritizes client well-being.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and providing personalized support that helps lay a strong foundation for long-term recovery. Whether coordinating care with clinical staff, supporting direct care teams, or working one-on-one with clients, I believe in bringing both professionalism and heart to everything we do.

My passions include reading all kinds of genres, indoor gardening (I have over 150 houseplants!) & making sure that my fur kids are cared for and feel loved. I am an avid hiker and since moving to the Bay Area 6 years ago – I have hiked up and down the Northern California Coast from Norcal to the beautiful & awe inspiring PNW.
